SHIPPING

 Shipping time is not included in the processing time. Bring the Bling is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages by the mail carrier or porch pirates. If you feel you live in an area where porch pirating is common, please indicate you would like a signature-required option for your package. Shipping insurance is included with all packages. Please ensure that you have entered your shipping information accurately. Bring the Bling is not responsible for packages that are lost due to inaccurate shipping information. 

Holiday Rush Orders

RUSH ORDER FEE: $100 This fee allows you to push your item further to the top of the list.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy for Custom-Made Items
At Bring the Bling, each item is made just for you! Because our products are custom-made to order, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed. For cancellations, please contact us! Cancellations can only be made within 3 days of purchase. After this time, no cancellations will be accepted.

Please be sure to double-check all details — including names, colors, sizes, and design choices — before submitting your order. We create each piece exactly as approved, and personalized items cannot be resold. If you would like to clarify anything regarding your order please send us a message. 

If your order arrives with an error on our part or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We’ll gladly review the issue and make it right with a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Our goal is to make sure you absolutely love your Bring the Bling creation, so don’t hesitate to reach out with any concerns or questions before ordering!

Production

Customization: Bring the Bling is a custom-made Cheerleader Bowtique. There are no returns or exchanges on any items EVER! For this reason, it is important to order the correct size. There are sizing charts provided for each item that is sold! If you are unsure of the size you should order, please check the sizing chart and measure, because no exchanges or returns will be accepted due to fit issues. Please remember that sometimes items will not fit you perfectly. Sometimes adjustments will have to be made by tailoring outside of Bring the Bling CB.

When personalizing bows and or warm-up sets, please make sure names are spelled correctly. Check, check and double check. No returns or exchanges will be provided due to a misspelling on behalf of the buyer.
