SHIPPING POLICY
Please keep in mind that shipping time is separate from processing time — once your order is ready to ship, delivery time will depend on the carrier.
Bring the Bling is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered by the mail carrier. If you know your area has frequent porch theft, we strongly suggest selecting the signature required option at checkout for extra peace of mind.
Shipping insurance is also recommended to protect your order in transit and is the responsibility of the customer. Before finalizing your purchase, please double-check that your shipping information is correct. Bring the Bling can’t be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to inaccurate addresses.
During the holidays, shipping delays are common and should be expected. If you are interested in purchasing items for gifts, please do so before the Holiday rush, which typically starts November 20th-December15th. Please keep this in mind when ordering for the holidays.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Policy for Custom-Made Items
At Bring the Bling, each item is made just for you! Because our products are custom-made to order, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed. For cancellations, please contact us!
Cancellations can only be made within 3 days of purchase. After this time no cancellations will be accepted.
Please be sure to double-check all details — including names, colors, sizes, and design choices — before submitting your order. We create each piece exactly as approved, and personalized items cannot be resold.
If your order arrives with an error on our part or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We’ll gladly review the issue and make it right with a replacement or store credit when applicable.
